LOK-PAL BILL
The agiotation of Anna Hajare is based on the issue of lokpal bill. Lokpal bill is against the corruption and corruptive persons and high dignity personalities involved in big corruption. The idea is worth appreciable no doubt but any one can show the correct guide line how the bill will restrict the disease of corruption ? As far as parliament is concerned it is working and passing the bill on the basis of majority and not on the basis of merits only. Even though there are meerits and necessity it cannot be passed if there is no majority. It means that thwe bill is at the mercy of the majority of parliament and not on the basis of essentiality or requirements based on merits of the issue.Whast is the solution. ?Corruption is evil nodoubt,it requires to be removed and abolished but how ?Is it possible simply on the basis of discussion in the parliament or agitations created by some ambitiouspersons ?I ddonot think it is possible. It is impossible till the conscience of public is not awaken.
